What Makes Quotient Bangalore Stand Out
Once again, this award has affirmed what we already know to be true—our Quotient Bangalore office is an awesome place to work for a variety of reasons including our transparency, fun work culture and employee benefits.
Quotient’s Bangalore office proactively prioritized employee safety at the beginning of the pandemic by shifting to work from home ahead of government mandates. Despite lockdowns and shifting guidelines, our office was able to maintain its positive work environment through fun employee activities and virtual games and, once it was deemed safe, by encouraging quarterly team outings.
One event that showcases this great work culture is our highly anticipated company-wide “Hack Day.” The annual 24-hour-long challenge involves teamwork, brainstorming and innovation with the mission of encouraging employees to share new ideas and build new solutions.
